Thank God I didn't buy the smaller one there also!!! I bought a full size different daybed at Home Depot and it arrived quickly and had a hole in the box but the bed itself is in perfect condition because it was packaged properly. I wrote a review on the bed I bought and it wasn't posted on BBB. This is bought and sold with a new name retail. I didn't even tell you all of the damage as the craftsmanship is terrible. It would be less expensive for them to replace the few parts I asked for then for us to return the entire bed and a loss for them in it's current condition. We love it and just want some of the replacements and would be happy. So, our two choices are to drive 4 hours to the closest large city and return it to the store and hope we'll get all of our money back or keep it as is and go buy the hardware to try to put it together damaged.
I would never trust them by mailing it back to them and hope to get our money back. It doesn't even look like a real email and when I reply it goes to me. More emailing to the black hole that is customer service there, with no response. She said the original person (Ann) will get back to you via email as she would notify her and note my interaction with her on April 12th. There is a huge gash in the box and nothing around it to protect it. It was NOT packaged well at all and is the main reason it was delivered damaged!! Not entirely the shipping companies fault. We get it and the boxes are badly ripped open and the top of the backrest is sticking out uncovered and unprotected and the hardware package wasn't taped to the wood, was ripped open and a lot of it missing. So we decided that we'd have to put it in the living room, not a huge deal although we did want a sectional so this might look weird and not work. I messaged with them again and was told that it was too far along. They said that it was cancelled and that night get a text asking if I had approved this purchase, I responded no, but it still went through. I messaged as I thought that was the only option. My mistake and not my concern in this review I'm just explaining most of it.
